“Quality of horticultural products: Influence of pre- and post-harvest factors”

Objective
The workshop's objective was to promote exchanges and discussions about results regarding the influence or pre- and post-harvest factors on the quality of horticultural products, as fruits, vegetables, grapes and medicinal plants. The aspects of sensory quality, human health and safety will be particularly considered.
This workshop will also allow setting up an exchange platform for researcher and professionals of the entire food chain from production, storage and transformation of horticultural crops.
